I totally grew a pumpkin.
For those of you naysayers who said I didn't get any pumpkins this year (me) I have proof that you are wrong. HA! That is totally a pumpkin. A small, still green, didn't-find-it-till-the-weeds-covering-it-froze-and-died pumpkin. Face!

Could you be a little clearer, please?
So, apparently I need to clarify. What I was trying, apparently ineffectively, to say is that Filch's feelings about the way to run a school seem to sum up Blank Elementary's opinions, in a nutshell. (Help, I'm in a nutshell . . .) We don't care who did it, or what the circumstances were, as long as somebody gets punished.
This is not, and I cannot emphasize this enough, MY idea of the way to run a school.
Thank you.

Internet Security Freak-Out
Okay, so Nobody got me all freaked out about having too much information available in my blog. Consequently, many of my old entries are now gone (sorry, all you who loved to go back and read my previous entries over and over to brighten your dreary days . . . yeah) and from here on out the kids will be known only by their Fetus-names. (Yes, I know it's kind of a Seriously-So-Blessed thing to do. I can't help it. I was raised in Zion, it's in my DNA.)

Because I get really excited about the new Large Hadron Collider
Thanks, Adam Johnston, for teaching me enough physics to get it.

You are so impressed.
Today I went to the store with my coupons. I left with a full cart of groceries. I paid $33.86. And I saved . . . wait for it . . . $72.84. To quote my cousin Jessie: "Awesome. Bargain. Shopper."
Thank you, thank you.
